Once payment is successful, kindly send us the online transfer receipt by clicking the link below. Please ensure to write down your Name and Phone Number together when sending out with receipt.
We would wish to inform you that we are also collecting a deposit of RM100 ( Sulap 1.0 ) @ RM 200 ( Sulap 2.0 ) for every booking at the reception desk before your stay. This deposit shall be refunded back during the check-out procedure, subject to there is no loss or damage to the property.

Cancellation request must be made not less than 7-days of your day of arrival in order for your payment to be refunded.
In the event of cancellation within 7 (seven) days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 50% of total amount.
In the event of cancellation within 48 (fourty eight) hours prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 100% of total amount.
Any amendments of check in date need to be made 10 (Ten) days prior to arrival date.
Room/House not occupied by 2200 hours will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.
Change of booking dates is only allowed 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
